Whether you're listing an asset or looking to book one, here's the shortest path from account to first transaction.
If you're a provider (listing an asset)
Create an account with your institution's legal name, type (school, hospital, government body, corporate, etc.), a contact person and their designation, email, and phone. This takes a minute — the rest comes later.
Complete your profile before your first listing goes live. This is where verification happens: registration number, business email domain, registration certificate, and authorized-signatory ID. See how verification works.
Create your first listing. Pick a category — lab, auditorium, vehicle, industrial equipment, event space, and more — and the form asks only for what that category actually needs. Set pricing, availability, and whether the listing accepts individual renters, businesses, verified NGOs, or some combination (see who can rent).
Get your trust badge. Once verification clears, your listing carries a badge renters can see before they book — a real signal, not a self-declared one.
Manage bookings from one dashboard, including staff access if more than one person on your side needs to see it.
Get paid automatically through the platform's split-payment system once a booking completes — ResourceGrid never holds your funds.
If you're a renter (booking an asset)
Create an account as an individual or an organization — either is fine, depending on what you're trying to book (some listings restrict to one or the other; see who can rent).
Get verified before your first booking. Individuals go through identity verification (photo ID, address, phone); businesses and NGOs go through registration verification. This happens once, not per booking.
Search and discover assets across every listed organization — filter by category, location, availability, and price.
Review the listing's verification badge and category-specific details before you book — a lab lists its safety equipment, a vehicle lists its capacity and license class.
Book and pay on-platform — funds move through a licensed split-payment processor, never held by ResourceGrid itself.
Rate the experience once your booking is complete. This feeds the trust signal for the next renter.
