ResourceGrid, operated by Incedym Universal. Last updated September 13, 2026 (draft).
By creating an account, listing an asset, or booking a rental on ResourceGrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're creating an account or listing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that's older, and able to enter into a legally binding contract. Organizations listing or renting on ResourceGrid must be lawfully able to conduct business in their jurisdiction. We may decline to open, or may suspend, an account that doesn't meet these requirements or our verification standards below.
Every provider and renter on ResourceGrid — individual, business, or NGO — goes through identity or registration verification before they can list or book. Verification uses automated document checks assisted by AI, with anything ambiguous resolved by a human reviewer; there is no default-allow if a review is pending, and no action that requires verification unlocks until a genuine pass is recorded. See Why we ask for verification and How verification works for the full explanation. If your verification is rejected, you may resubmit corrected information (subject to a resubmission limit) or appeal directly to human review — see If you're rejected.
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, availability, condition, and any category-specific details (such as safety equipment for a lab or capacity for a vehicle). A provider may choose whether a given listing accepts individual renters, business renters, verified NGOs, or some combination of those — that choice is set per listing by the provider, not a platform-wide rule, though a small number of categories may carry a non-overridable restriction where a genuine regulatory reason applies. Verification depth is the same for every accepted renter type regardless of a provider's choice.
A booking is a contract between the provider and the renter; ResourceGrid facilitates it but is not a party to it. Every payment runs through a licensed split-payment processor — ResourceGrid never takes custody of renter or provider funds. Applicable fees are disclosed before a booking is confirmed. Cancellation terms are set at the category or listing level and will be shown before you book.
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity, your organization, or an asset's condition or availability; attempt to circumvent or manipulate the verification process; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the platform's operation or another user's use of it. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating this section, independent of anything else in these terms.
ResourceGrid is a marketplace connecting asset providers with renters — we verify identity and registration, but we do not inspect, own, or guarantee the condition of any listed asset. Assets are provided by their listing provider on an "as is" basis except as that provider separately warrants. Providers are responsible for their own insurance, safety compliance, and any license or permit their category requires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incedym Universal's liability for any claim arising from use of ResourceGrid is limited to the fees actually paid to the platform in connection with the booking giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms, a failed or revoked verification, confirmed fraud, or repeated payment failure. Where reasonably possible, we'll tell you why.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the ResourceGrid entity you're contracting with is registered, or, where a specific launch country has its own addendum, by that addendum's terms. As ResourceGrid launches in additional countries, this section will be updated to reflect each one — see the Privacy Policy's regional section for the data-protection law that applies to you specifically, which is confirmed and maintained separately from this section.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active users directly. Continued use of ResourceGrid after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent via Contact support.
